Moms, dads, caregivers! Move your body, open your heart, reconnect with yourself, make new friends and bond with your baby.

If you are pregnant or have a baby 6 weeks or older, this class is for you!

Previous dance experience is NOT necessary. This is a fun, laid back class to bond with your baby!

COST

Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water and a two shoulder baby carrier ( some are available to borrow). The dance choreography was created with baby facing heart to heart.

Baby must be AT LEAST 6 weeks old. Postpartum moms must be cleared for exercise by their healthcare provider.

REFUND POLICY

if class cancelled due to not enough people registered, full refund provided
if payee cancels by January 12th, 90% refund
if payee cancels between Jan 13-Jan 16, 50% refund
if payee cancels January 17 or later, no refund
